Morale Monday❤️
Greetings Everyone!!
I hope your Monday has been amazing and the start to the week you deserve.
I know this is a late edition, but this is the first chance I have gotten to sit and write today.
So, how should we attack this edition?
Since it is evening, let's go over something that will help you not only tonight, but every night moving forward.
This practice will allow you to reflect on the day you had and to set the activities to complete the next day.
Get yourself a pen and paper and we are going to write out a couple things to finish the day strong.
Task 1: Write out a gratitude list with 10 items on it. Three is too easy... 10 will require you to think and search for things from your day.
Task 2: Write out a positive experience from your day. Give it as much detail as you can to recreate the feeling you had during that experience.
Task 3: Come up with 6 action items to complete tomorrow. Do your best to complete them. When you complete each, cross it out! Seeing those crossed out items makes you feel productive.
And boom! That is it! The gratitude practice will keep you focused on all the great things in your life, and the 6 action items will keep you a disciplined and productive individual!
