Happy freakin' Monday everyone!

Today is a great day and with the 4th tomorrow I hope you're all enjoying the summer and some family time!

To be honest, I'm not gonna give you much today.

All I want for you all is to enjoy tonight and tomorrow and celebrate the 4th!

I would just challenge you to truly enjoy the present moment, as that is all we can do. If you find, yourself drifting off into space and worrying about what happened last week or the work you have to do for your next day, bring yourself back.

Set up your time so that you know you have a block to do anything you need and worry about it in that moment. If you are in a moment to relax, have fun, and enjoy company, there is no sense in letting your mind and emotions stew over something that isn't right where you are.

You would then be letting some other thing ruin a perfectly good moment and rob you of some joy.

So, enjoy your 4th and live it up!
